10. By booking an appointment with MoJo Beauty, clients acknowledge and agree to all salon policies, including cancellation policies, deposit requirements, no-show fees, service limitations, and payment policies published on our website or booking platforms.
11. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid and/or a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee, deposit forfeiture amount, or applicable charge will be determined by MoJo Beauty based on the reserved service time and appointment details.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“No-Show”) may be charged up to the full value of the reserved appointment and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Future appointments may be refused to clients with repeated late cancellations, no-shows, chargebacks, or policy violations.
By scheduling an appointment through our website, Fresha, Square, phone, text message, social media, or any other booking method, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.
